These terms govern your use of https://dataporter.app and its converter tools (the “Site”), operated by Parth Maheshwari (“DataPorter”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The service
DataPorter provides free, in-browser utilities that transform text between formats such as SQL, CSV, JSON, YAML, TOML, and TypeScript. Conversion runs locally in your browser. We do not host your files or run your SQL.
The Site is provided as-is, at no charge. Features, availability, and advertising may change without notice.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you paste, upload, copy, or download.
- Do not use the Site to process data you are not allowed to handle.
- Review generated SQL, CSV, and TypeScript before using it in production.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the Site, scrape it abusively, or bypass security or advertising controls.
- Do not use the Site for unlawful activity, including distributing malware or infringing others’ rights.
No warranty
Parsers are heuristic. Output may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your database or codebase. We do not warrant that conversions are accurate, that the Site will be uninterrupted, or that it is free of defects. Use is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataPorter and Parth Maheshwari are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on converted output. If a jurisdiction does not allow these limits, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Site in the previous twelve months (which is zero for the free service).
Intellectual property
The DataPorter name, logo, layout, and original code on this Site are owned by us. You keep ownership of the data you paste. You may use converted output for your own projects. You may not copy the Site wholesale, impersonate DataPorter, or remove notices from our pages.
Advertising
The Site may display ads from Google AdSense and its partners. Ads may use cookies as described in the Privacy Policy. Advertising is not an endorsement of any advertiser. We are not responsible for third-party landing pages you visit from an ad.

Changes and termination
We may update these terms or discontinue a tool at any time. The date at the top will change when terms are revised. We may block access if we reasonably believe these terms are being violated.
